Treatment Process Overview
1. Initial Medical Review

2. Consultation with Certified CAR-T Specialists

3. Pre-Treatment Assessment
Patients undergo a series of standardized examinations, including laboratory tests and imaging, to confirm eligibility and ensure treatment safety. These assessments help the care team develop a personalized treatment plan.
4. Cell Collection (Apheresis)
If eligible, the patient’s T-cells are collected through apheresis—a procedure that separates white blood cells from the bloodstream. The collected cells are then prepared for genetic modification.
5. CAR-T Cell Engineering
The T-cells are shipped to a specialized laboratory where they are genetically modified to express chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). This process typically takes several weeks and follows strict international quality and safety standards.
6. Conditioning Chemotherapy
Before infusion, patients receive a short course of conditioning chemotherapy to help the engineered cells expand effectively inside the body.
7. CAR-T Cell Infusion
The modified CAR-T cells are infused back into the patient in a controlled medical environment. This is usually a one-time infusion performed by experienced clinical teams.
8. Monitoring and Inpatient Care
Intensive monitoring follows the infusion to observe treatment response and identify potential side effects. The care team provides around-the-clock clinical support during this period.
9. Ongoing Follow-Up
